We've partnered with a number of quality hotels to offer exclusive conference rates. Please note that room types and availability may be limited—be sure to confirm directly with the hotel. Final bookings and room arrangements are subject to the hotel's response.
Important Notes:
★ Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. Please be sure to check the hotel's cancellation terms and what's included in the rate before making your reservation. To avoid penalties, any cancellations must be made in advance by contacting the hotel directly.
★ All room rates listed above are per room per night, settled in RMB, and inclusive of service charges and VAT. The US dollar prices listed are for reference only, prices may fluctuate due to real-time exchange rates changes.
★ Rates include broadband internet access and 1–2 buffet breakfasts per room.
★ Check-in time is after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
★ Common power outlets in China include two-prong flat plugs, three-prong flat plugs, and USB ports. Some hotels may provide a limited number of adapters, but we recommend bringing your own.
★ The international dialing code for China is +86. International calls may incur additional charges depending on your country or region, mobile carrier, and call plan.
★ Accommodation charges will be converted into foreign currency based on the prevailing exchange rate on the day of check-in.

★ Public Transportation Recommendation: Take Nanjing Metro Line 2 or Line 10 and alight at Yuantong Station. From there, it is a convenient walk to the venue without the need to transfer to other transport.
