Registration Fees

Note:

(1) Low, lower-middle income countries list: (source: World Bank)

(2) Student/SSSC Member/Farmer are requested to submit a valid identify document to verify their status on the registration system.

(3) Accompanying person registration is only available for the family members of a delegate.

(4) The above time is based on Beijing Time (GMT+8).

Fees for Participants Include

(1) Participation in all scientific sessions

(2) All printed Congress materials

(3) An invitation to the Welcome Reception and Social Event

(4) Entrance to the Exhibition

(5) Coffee breaks as per times scheduled in the scientific program

Note: Accompanying person registration ONLY allows access to social event, welcome reception, and exhibition hall. (Access to congress rooms and academic programs not included.)

Methods of Payment

Participants have the option to pay the registration fee by transferring the amount to the bank account of the Soil Science Society of China. 2. Online Payment

By choosing the "online payment" , you are able to make your payment directly through the registration portal.

3. INVOICE

The Organizing Committee could issue invoice for participants, please sent your request to wcss2026.reg@issas.ac.cn.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

(1) A written request of cancellation should be sent by e-mail (wcss2026.reg@issas.ac.cn). Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.

(2) There are no refunds for registration after May 8, 2026.

(3) Cancellation requests received in writing from March 15 to May 7, 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of 20%.

(4) Refunds will be made after WCSS 2026 concludes.
