All participants are required to register through the WCSS 2026 online registration system. It is expected that the registration system will be open in June 2025. Participants are advised to register in advance (by March 7, 2026) to receive the early registration discount.

(2) Students are requested to submit a valid student ID to verify their status on the registration system.

(3) Standard, Student and Participants from low, lower-middle income countries registrations include access to all technical sessions, exhibit hall, social event, welcome reception, lunch and coffee breaks.

(4) Accompanying person registration ONLY allows access to social event, welcome reception, and exhibition hall. (Access to congress rooms and academic programs not included.)

Every participant needs to create an account before submission or registration. You may log in if you already have created an account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

(1) A written request of cancellation should be sent by e-mail (wcss2026@issas.ac.cn). Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.

(2) There are no refunds for registration after May 7, 2026.

(3) Cancellation requests received in writing on or before May 7, 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of 20%.

(4) Refunds will be made after WCSS 2026 concludes.
